New Students – Group Lessons Only
Your first enrolment is for an 8-week beginner course.
This will give you a strong foundation in Japanese and help you get used to the pace of lessons.
After the first 8 weeks, lessons continue on a rolling billing cycle of 4–5 weeks (depending on the month).
Ongoing Students
Invoices are automatically issued at the start of each cycle — no action is needed from you.
If you’d like to pause or change your class time, simply use the link in your invoice or contact our admin team.
Additional Information
Peak Rates: Lessons scheduled on weekdays after 5:40 PM and all day Saturday are subject to peak rates.
Speciality Lessons: JLPT and VCE lessons incur an additional 10% fee.
